About Us Coaching Staff

Coaching Staff

Arsenal Football Development’s all adult staff has been trained in the Arsenal Way. Authentic Arsenal Football Development coaches will be on site coaching campers along with their certified counterparts from the United States and Europe. Every single member of our staff is fully compliant with Pennsylvania Act 153 ensuring their ability to work with children. Before they officially become a proud member of our team all staff members move through a criminal history screening, FBI fingerprint verification, and a child abuse clearance, in addition to an independent background check.

Once team members are trained on the safety on security and security of youth. Each team member attends a minimum of 16 hours of training annually focusing on camp operations, soccer coaching methods and the importance of working with children. Our staff is taught to focus on how we can make a difference in camper’s lives by being so much more than soccer coaches.

The last step before camp begins is our camp simulation day to help our staff become as familiar as possible with camp operations and best practices.
